  • Dark leafy greens – greens are also a good source of vitamin c. these greens include:- kale, mustard greens, turnip greens, watercress, Spinach, and others. They all provide different amounts of this nutrient.
  • Broccoli – this can be eaten raw or cooked. One serving of it will give you 90mg of vitamin c. it is also one of the known detox foods to add in your daily diet.
